Fees

Regular therapy appointment, 45-55 minutes: $220
Initial intake appointment and assessment, 60-90 minutes: $260
Payment is due at the time of service, in the form of cash or check only.

Insurance

Medicare accepted
Other insurance plans are not accepted directly; however, your insurance plan may cover part or all of the fees for service. Upon request, a billing statement can be provided for each visit. You may choose to submit this to your insurance for potential reimbursement.
